1.The current facility in East Tamaki. Design work began on the 3,500 sq metre factory and office complex in 1995 when it was obvious that the Company had outgrown its premises in Panmure. It was completed with ease by the Glulam experts. |

4.Completed in October 1996, it is still today a show case for glue laminated radiata; with a TG&V sarked ceiling which features five gracefully sweeping reverse curve Glulam beams, spanning 14m. |
