Warranty StatementWarranty Statement in respect of McIntosh GLULAM
Manufacture is in compliance with
AS/NZ Standard 1328, the standard for Glue Laminated Structural Timber and AS5068-2006, the standard for Finger Joints in Structural Products. McIntosh Timber Laminates Ltd is licensed to manufacture to these standards; licence numbers are: -
AS/NZS 1328 Lic. No. 2061
AS 5068-2006 Lic. No. 2715
Manufacture for exterior application is from Radiata Pine CCA treated to Hazard Class H3 with a treatment warranty of up to 25 years against the material becoming unfit for prescribed use due to insect and fungal attack.
All timber is kiln dried and selected grade. This warranty is subject to the implementation of a regular maintenance programme and does not cover consequential effects. Failure to carry out procedure as outlined in Information Sheet for Exterior Beams, will cause the warranty to be null & void. Statutory rights assured by law are not affected by this warranty.
